The finished scarf joint.

Made
up butt straps out of 9mm plywood and also planned 25mm x 25mm lengths
of Iroko for the top and bottom of the rudder and centreboard cases.

fitted outboard motor box.

Having
cut out much more of the hog than I originally intended (due to rot),
I have started to fit the new hog. It needs scarfing at the front to join
the stem. Its going to be tricky!
