19th February 2007. Bonded bulkhead and centreboard case

I slid each half of the bulkhead in-between the sidebench and the doubler.

To get them home I had to bend upwards the hog.

The slot is for sliding the centreboard case in.

Like so.

And so.

This is the aft end that will protrude into the cockpit.

This is the front of the centreboard case.

To get it through the slot I had to cut away the 25mm by 25mm fillets that I had bonded to the front of the case.

I will replace them when the epoxy is set.

All clamped up.
